Recently, the international laboratory group of Tentamus, to which the BAV Institute has belonged for many years, has started operating with an officially appointed expert in accordance with § 65 Para. 4 AMG (German Medicines Act). The Tentamus Group has the permission to accept officially sealed cross-check samples (pharmaceuticals) and to test them analytically with this person as a counter sample expert.
In addition, test certificates may now be issued in accordance with §6 and §11 of the Ordinance on the Operation of Pharmacies (Apothekenbetriebsordnung).
