Auditing

As part of a HACCP audit, we certify the existence of a HACCP system. During the site inspection, we audit your HACCP system and check whether the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 852/2004 on food hygiene are met in accordance with the “Recommended International Code of Practice – General Principles of Food Hygiene” of the Codex Alimentarius (CAC/RCP1-1969). We will then issue an audit report containing a list of any corrective actions that may be required. The HACCP audit also includes a follow-up function, which checks whether the corrective measures have been complied with.
