Analysis of Agave Syrup
Agave syrup is produced locally from various species of the Mexican agave plant. The Mexican NOM-003-SAGARPA-2016 Standard regulates many parameters, such as water content, sugar content, pH-value or microbiological criteria. In addition to these parameters, we can also provide the verification of authenticity by 13C EA-IRMS / LC-IRMS and NMR analysis.
