Agave syrup is produced from different types of agave in Mexico. The Mexican standard NOM-003-SAGARPA-2016 regulates many parameters such as water content, sugar content, pH or microbiological criteria. In addition to these parameters, we also offer adulteration tests in order to verify the purity of the product by means of 13C EA-IRMS + LC-IRMS and NMR analysis.
