IHC meeting in Malta

Gudrun Beckh attended the “International Symposium on Bee Products 5th Edition & The Annual Meeting of the International Honey Commission” in Malta from 7 to 10 May 2019.

In addition to the annual meeting, numerous workshops took place, such as a pollen workshop by Gian Luigi Marcazzan.

Many presentations on various topics such as authenticity, thixotropy or diastasis on the products pollen, wax, propolis and honey were shown – an extensive programme that was well organised.
