QSI Webinar on the application of NMR to food fraud of honey

May 22, 2019

At QSI, honey profiling is used to detect honey adulteration. The addition of sugar syrups is a common form of food fraud. On the basis of our database, botanical and geographical origins can be confirmed or disproved by NMR. In the webinar the advantages of this method are presented and discussed by Gudrun Beckh (CEO QSI), Dr. Jane van der Meulen (QSI) and Thomas Spengler (Bruker BioSpin). You can watch the webinar on demand after Registration here.
