QSI and Diapharm Oldenburg to go together in the future

Bremen – QSI GmbH is pleased to announce the merger with Diapharm Analytics GmbH from Oldenburg – both companies of the Tentamus Group.

QSI CEO Gudrun Beckh reports: “Already during our summer party, we were able to inform our employees about the good news that we will be able to go together in the future. We are pleased to inform all business partners and customers in this way as well”.

The GMP-certified Diapharm Analytics laboratory in Oldenburg analyses pharmaceuticals and related products for companies in the healthcare industry. This includes stability tests and release analyses – also for narcotics. The Oldenburg laboratory’s particular strength lies in herbal medicinal products, so-called multi-component mixtures, for which a great deal of expertise is required for analysis. The analytical methods required for this are developed, validated and transferred by order.

“The merger of the two companies will create many synergies. At the Oldenburg site, qualified employees will continue to provide a fast and reliable solution for complex analytical questions. The location in Bremen with its constantly growing team is a very efficiently set up routine laboratory. This enables us to offer our customers an even broader spectrum of expertise,” says Dr. Serap Acikgöz, Managing Director of Diapharm Analytics.
