Analysis of Acrylamide in food products by Laemmegroup

With reference to the regulation (EU) 2017/2158 of 20 November 2017 of the European Comission, laying down reduction measures and benchmark values for the reduction of acrylamide content in foodstuffs, Laemmegroup carries out the analysis of foodstuffs using the UNI EN 16618:2015 method with LOQ = 20ug/kg, which is also suitable for baby food.

The laboratory carries out the analysis within 48-72 hours.
